Introduction:

This Mineral gravity separator uses air as the medium to select the materials according to their different densities. It contains: Base,Air Chamber,Gravity Table,Dust Cover, Discharge System,Vibration System and Fan.

Materials flows through the gravity table to be sorted out.

Separating Process:

Under the action of the blowing system, the gravity table generates an upward airflow according to a certain pattern. The material enters from the upper left corner and under the action of the upward airflow.In addition, the reciprocating vibration of the gravity table ultimately forms a certain distribution pattern of the material, specifically from Zone A to Zone D, where the density on the left is low and the density on the right is high. The lower side is the discharge direction, which collects materials from different areas through the discharge system and ultimately achieves density screening of materials.
